Pharmafill(TM) TC4 Tabletop Tablet Counter Counts Mints, Candies
Wall, NJ: The Pharmafill(TM) TC4 tabletop tablet counter from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), automatically counts triangular-shaped mints and dispenses them into tins. Proven in operation for a major confectionery company, the compact counting machine features proprietary feeding technology that automatically sets the triangular mints into a single layer and presents them to the counting sensor one at a time, without interlocking or overlapping. The pill counter achieves counting accuracy rates of 99.99% without the jamming, clogging, and miscounts typical of other electronic counting machines.
Suitable for hard candies and seeds as well as mints, the Pharmafill TC4 combines automated counting and dispensing with semi-automated packaging to offer growing food, candy, and cannabis companies improved speed, efficiency, and ergonomics. An operator sets the number of mints to be counted and dispensed via touch-screen HMI and readies an empty tin, bottle, or other container for filling. When filled, the operator removes the filled package and sets the next empty package in place for filling.
The tabletop candy counter is designed and manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters. The counting machine comes with a two-year warranty and arrives ready to plug in to common 110 VAC electrical service.
