Pharmafill(TM) Cotton Inserters Deliver 100% Filling Accuracy

Wall, NJ: The Pharmafill(TM) line of automated cotton inserters from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), features clear insertion tubes on the filling heads to allow easy visual monitoring of the cotton filling process at all times. An upgrade versus cottoners that hide the cotton inside enclosed metal tubes as it is directed into the bottle, the clear insertion tubes enable packaging engineers and other operators to see each individual piece of cotton as it is staged for insertion and automatically inserted into the center of the bottle. Cottoner performance is easily verified at a glance without shutting down the filling line or removing bottles for inspection and in the rare event of an error, the issue is more easily diagnosed and cleared.

The clear cotton inserting tubes are included as standard equipment on the company’s three automated Pharmafill cottoner models. The CS1 cotton machine automates manual insertion processes with dependable, computer-controlled operation on a compact footprint while the CS2 cottoner offers faster insertion speeds and added versatility. For even faster speeds up to 180 pieces per minute, the CS10 cotton inserter sports dual filling heads to insert cotton into two bottles at the same time.

The cotton inserting machines are designed and manufactured at the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters and delivered with a full warranty. The filling head turrets and clear tubes are available in three-inch, four-inch, and five-inch lengths based on the size of the bottle, number of cotton pieces per bottle, and other factors.
