Deitz Offers Pre-Owned Pharmafill(TM) Machines Inspected, Upgraded, Warrantied
Wall, NJ: Packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com) has introduced a certified pre-owned program. Devised for food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers and contract packagers seeking OEM quality at reduced pricing, the new program offers pre-owned Pharmafill(TM) brand packaging machinery directly from the original manufacturer without the risk of purchasing second hand, at auction, or sight unseen online. Under the program, Deitz engineers inspect the pre-owned filling and packaging machines, restore them to the original specifications with new OEM parts as needed, then verify performance on the company’s fully operating, in-house packaging line. The refurbished, pre-owned machines are then certified for sale and readied for fast delivery with a one-year warranty.
Covering the Pharmafill tablet counters, tamper-evident banding machines, heat tunnels, cotton inserters, desiccant inserters, conveyors, and other machinery, the certified pre-owned program also offers to retrofit the company’s latest technology onto the pre-owned machines for improved speed, efficiency, and/or ease of use versus the original models. New touch-screen HMIs, advanced sensors, energy-saving drive systems, and other upgrades may be added. For existing Pharmafill machinery owners, the program offers to buy back legacy models with the purchase of new machinery.
The new and certified pre-owned machines are manufactured and refurbished in the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters. The machines may be tested on the company’s in-house testing and training line to document performance prior to purchase.
