Turntables Help Different Machines Meet Same Speed – Westpack Booth #5047

Wall, NJ: Pharmafill(TM) powered turntables from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com) automatically manage surges and eliminate bottlenecks in filling and packaging lines for fast, efficient production. Rotating at a preset speed, the powered turntables capture bottles, jars and other containers from nearly any point in the filling and/or packaging line, hold them for a preset length of time, then release them downstream. This offline time in rotation allows both upstream and downstream equipment to operate at their ideal speeds without causing bottles to backup, overloading the machinery, or triggering a shutdown.

Slated to be shown in live action at Wetspack booth #5047 in Anaheim, CA on Feb. 11th, 2020, the powered turntables may be set to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise to permit installation in a wide range of line configurations and at a wide range of speeds to match the required line speed. The rotary turntables feature stainless steel construction as standard and are available in a choice of top plate diameters from 12 inches to 48 inches, and in custom sizes as needed.

The turntables are proven in sanitary bottle filling conveyor systems for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutrition, cosmetics and other facilities. Manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey, headquarters, the industrial turntables ship fully tested and assembled on casters and leveling pads for easy installation and movement.
