Fill One Mode on Pharmafill(TM) TC3 Capsule Counter Prevents Errors at Scale

Wall, NJ: The fully automated Pharmafill(TM) TC3 tablet counter from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), features a proprietary Fill One mode that enables filling and packaging line operators to verify and document pill counting accuracy before beginning a large production run. Devised to prevent human error in setup from affecting an entire production run at scale, the Fill One mode automatically fills one bottle to the pre-selected target count then stops while any pills in process are counted and held for the next bottle. Then machine adjustments may be performed as desired until the speed and accuracy meet the precise requirements before moving ahead with a fully automated production run.

Suitable for quality control in pharmaceutical, nutrition, and other filling lines, the Pharmafill Fill One mode is provided as a standard feature accessed via the touch-screen HMI. The Fill One mode is effective with tablets, capsules, gelcaps, softgels, caplets, lozenges, pills, and other oral solid dose products including transparent products. Accuracy rates of 99.99 percent are typically achieved at counting rates up to 1,500 per minute.

The electronic tablet counter is manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters. The pill counter is delivered tested and inspected with a two-year warranty.
