Pharmafill(TM) NB1 Neck Bander Offered in 110/220/240 VAC

Wall, NJ: The Pharmafill(TM) NB1 tamper-evident neck bander from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), is available in a choice of 110 VAC, 220 VAC, or 240 VAC. Devised to promote seamless integration into existing filling and packaging lines, the optional range of electrical configurations allows packaging engineers to match the neck bander’s circuitry to their current equipment lineup without requiring any adjustments or upgrades to the electrical system. The range of voltages is also compatible with the electrical requirements of many facilities in Canada, Europe, and other international locations. Installation moves quickly and downtime for maintenance to resolve tripped circuit breakers and other power consumption issues is eliminated.

Offered in 110 volts as standard, the neck banding machine automatically applies shrinkbands and sleeve labels onto bottles, jars, cans, tins, and other round, squared, and tapered containers up to nine inches in height with caps ranging from 14 mm – 76 mm in diameter. The automated shrinkbanding machine works with all heat-shrinkable banding materials and operates consistently at speeds up to 100 bottles per minute with no operator involvement.

The Pharmafill NB1 is designed and manufactured with the choice of electrical requirements in the company’s Wall, New Jersey, headquarters and delivered with a warranty. A companion conveyor and/or heat shrink tunnel are also available.
