Deitz to Offer Product Testing and Training on Latest Pharmafill(TM) Machines

Wall, NJ: Packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), has begun installation of a testing and training filling line at its Wall, New Jersey manufacturing facility. Devised to enable customers to test their bottles, pills, and other products on the company’s latest Pharmafill(TM) machinery and to offer customer training, the new filling line is to feature the fully automated TC3 tablet counter, PS1 Packserter desiccant inserter, CS1 cotton inserter, NB1 tamper-evident neck bander, HT6B heat shrink tunnel, and the BCV1 bottomless conveyor for printing on bottle bottoms. Rotary turntables for metering empty bottles into the line and for accumulating sealed bottles at the end of the line are also to be included, along with a series of modular conveyors linking each stage.

Ideal for use by food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics, and other manufacturers, the new test filling line is to simulate actual operating conditions to verify the machinery meets required targets for speed, accuracy, and other factors prior to purchase. “We’ve always offered product testing on all of our machines,” says John Deitz, president of the family-owned company, “but with this expanded line, we’ve integrated several stages as a complete system so our customers can see their products move from one machine to the next without any stoppages, just like in their facilities.”

All of the Pharmafill machines to be installed in the new testing and training filling line are designed and manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey, headquarters. Tests may be scheduled by emailing sales@deitzco.com.
