Deitz Company Offers Pharmafill(TM) TC3 Tablet Counters During Upgrades

Wall, NJ: Fully automated Pharmafill(TM) TC3 tablet counters from packaging machinery manufacturer Deitz Co., Wall, NJ (www.Deitzco.com), are now available as loaner units. Introduced for pharmaceutical and nutritional product manufacturers requiring non-stop operation without downtime for maintenance, the loaner TC3 tablet counters are used to fill in for other Pharmafill tablet counters sent to the Deitz Company machine shop for refurbishing or for upgrading to the latest control technology. The fully automated loaner units are delivered ready to plug in and operate and are set on casters to roll easily into position in the filling line without significant disruption. The loaner units may be returned upon receipt of the refurbished or upgraded pill counting machines.

Devised when the company replaced the automated TC3’s classic membrane switch panel with a modern HMI sporting a full-color, touch-screen display, the loaner tablet counter program helps ensure operators are using the most advanced Pharmafill tablet counting technology available for the highest counting accuracy at the fastest rates possible. The electronic TC3 tablet counters automatically count and fill up to 3,000 tablets, caplets, capsules, gelcaps, lozenges, and other oral solid dosage forms per minute with 99.99 percent accuracy.

The automated pill counters are designed and manufactured in the company’s Wall, New Jersey headquarters. The loaner units are delivered tested, inspected, cleaned and ready for operation.
