Set upstream at the start of a filling or packaging line, the rotary turntables automatically unscramble the standing bottles, jars, vials, or other glass containers, orient them into a single column, and gently meter them one at a time onto a conveyor for movement downstream.
Suitable for loading empty containers for filling and sealed containers for end of line packaging, the automated turntables free workers to attend to other tasks for improved labor utilization while also providing a steady, consistent inflow of containers that keeps downstream machinery running without interruption.
